Spread over two levels, it offers a total of 170m², with 120m² on the ground floor. This modern and welcoming venue features a large bay window opening onto the courtyard, providing easy access to its spacious volumes during an exhibition.

The open kitchen, situated under a 5-meter skylight, is ideal for cocktails or receptions, adding a convivial touch to the main space. On the lower floor, there are three distinct areas, along with a second restroom and storage space.

With its skylights and bay window offering a unique view, this bright space can also be configured as a Parisian loft, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in a lower-level duplex. It can accommodate up to 40 seated people.
